The manufacturing process of rolled and ground nut is the same . After surface hardening treatment, it is finely ground with an internal thread grinder to maintain durability and smooth movement.
Nuts are Interchangeable
When the ballscrew and nut are not preloaded, the ballscrew of the same specification can be replaced with different types of nuts within the maximum allowable axial backlash.
